Nothing to complain about, the hotel met standard. The brand-new property was enchanting. I really enjoyed the room and its modern decor.

The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious and had exceptionally comfortable beds. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The favourable location was close to Time Museum.

The service was absolutely good. The breakfast always had rich choices. The staff were hard-working lot of the time. I found the hotel's location comfy and decent, short walk to restaurants and the highway and many conveniences and creature comforts within walking distance and Illinois.

Every visit to Rockford we like to stay here. Everything is spotless and good. It offers unbeatable, decent location. The service is friendly, includes easy parking. Pool area is nice, truly enjoyed this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, right off I-90, making it easy to access transportation and explore the Rockford area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained interior and exterior. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat, offering a variety of options and even accommodating those who require gluten-free choices. The staff, especially Stephanie Ford at check-in, were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The little pool area with a jacuzzi was a great spot to relax and catch up on the Olympics.

Located near the highway on the east side, this hotel offers convenient access to the expressway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water. The breakfast had a variety of options, including waffles, eggs, sausage, and yogurt. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping us upgrade our room to a bigger one.

The lack of outlets in the rooms was inconvenient for charging devices overnight.

The breakfasts are varied and good with plenty of options. The location is favourable and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from Midway Village Museum. It's in a nice building in the comfortable area.

Fairly clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be close enough to Rockford, Illinois, many conveniences and creature comforts within walking distance, and good restaurants thanks to particularly good and decent location.
